Welcome to SPIRA. Use of this website and purchases from the store are subject to these terms and applicable law.

Products and website information

We aim to present descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Color, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly because of the customer's screen, manufacturer, or supplier. If we identify a material error, we will contact you before completing order processing when reasonably possible.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee final acceptance. An order is confirmed after payment and availability are verified. We may cancel an order because of an error, suspected fraud, lack of availability, or a legal restriction. When required, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Payment is processed through Shopify and the active payment provider, including Grow Payments. We do not store full card details.

Prices, taxes, and shipping

The final price and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Shipping times are estimates and are explained in the shipping policy. Products may be shipped through external suppliers and fulfillment partners.

Cancellations, returns, and responsibility

Cancellation, return, refund, and warranty requests are handled according to the relevant published policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot be waived.

Permitted use

You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, copy content contrary to law, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or information.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and design are protected by applicable law, except for content owned by third parties. Content may not be copied or used commercially without appropriate permission.

Product use and liability

Products must be used according to manufacturer instructions, warnings, and intended purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store is not responsible for harm caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, or failure to follow instructions. This limitation does not apply where liability or a right cannot legally be limited.
